The Minister's reply to my hon. Friend the Member for Kettering (Mr. Hollobone) was insubstantial and unsatisfactory. The period of time between infantry deployments is three months shorter than the publicly stated target of the Ministry of Defence. That must have some impact. What quantitative or qualitative assessment has the hon. Gentleman made?
