To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, whether party political events in the Prime Minister’s diary are held information for the purposes of the Freedom of Information Act.

Whether or not the Cabinet Office holds information for the purposes of a Freedom of Information request is assessed on a case by case basis by considering the context and circumstances of each individual request, and with reference to legal precedent.
