To ask the Secretary of State for Science, Innovation and Technology, whether any recommendations to the ICO were made relating to workplace culture, leadership, governance or staff welfare in the findings of the independent workplace investigation.

The independent investigation, and subsequent report, focused solely on the allegations made against Mr. Edwards. We are working closely with the ICO to consider what the next steps should be.
