To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, pursuant to the answer of 4 June 2026, to Question 3289, on Freedom of Information: Databases, whether the Fivium e-case database records the exemptions used where a FOI request is substantively refused; and whether it records a summary of the information requested.

Answer

Cabinet Office records the full text of the FOI requests it receives and the exemptions applied in our responses.
