Before the debate concludes, it should never be forgotten that what has happened— It being four hours after the commencement of proceedings, Mr. Deputy Speaker put the Question already proposed from the Chair, pursuant to Order [this day]. Lords amendment No. 175 agreed to. Mr. Deputy Speaker then proceeded to put forthwith the Questions necessary for the disposal of business to be concluded at that hour.
