- Whether they are satisfied that transfers of airline passenger data records to the United States Department of Homeland Security are fully compliant with European Union and United Kingdom data protection law; and whether there are plans to create a centralised European Union-wide database of airline passenger data records to facilitate their transfer to United States authorities; and whether there are any plans to establish a system of reciprocity whereby airline passenger data records currently being transferred to United States law enforcement authorities will be made available to their European Union counterparts.
