Mr. Welsh: To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer what was the percentage increase in road fuel duty announced in the Budget, in relation to the rate of inflation; and if he will make a statement. [117576] Mr. Timms: Nil. The main fuel duties were indexed in line with inflation. The methodology is set out in Appendix A1 in the Financial Statement and Budget Report.
