- To ask the Secretary of State for Wales, if he will issue an order, under section 2 of the Water Industry Act 1991, to require water supply undertakers in Wales to review their charging policy towards single person households with unmetered billing; how many orders he has made under the provisions of section 2 of the Water Industry Act 1991 with regard to the services provided by water undertakers for elderly people; and if he will make a statement. - Including ref to the Water Industry Bill 1998/99 and Government of Wales Act 1998.
