Mr. Wilkinson: To ask the Minister without Portfolio in what capacity he attended the British-Spanish Tertulias in Cambridge in November; what public expenditure was incurred by his participation; and if he will make a statement. [27892] Mr. Mandelson: I attended the British-Spanish Tertulias following official advice from the Foreign and Commonwealth Office. The cost to public funds of my visit was approximately £21.
