To ask Mr Chancellor of the Exchequer, what changes have been proposed in the review of the tax treatment of charities.
Answer

Mr. Pike: To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer what changes have been proposed in the review of the tax treatment of charities; and if he will make a statement. [51726] Dawn Primarolo: No changes have yet been proposed by the Review of Charities' Taxation. Decisions on the scope for change will be taken following a public consultation exercise, due to start later this year.
