How many citizen's charters adopted by national public services (a) have their performance indicators validated and verified by an external body and (b) specify enforceable rights for particular standards of service; and if he will identify those services under (a) and (b); if he will list each charter, and other questions on consultation with consumers, complaints, compensation and availability in form for visually impaired or in two or more languages other than English, and which public services have not yet published a charter. - Will write.
