- To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs in respect of how many responses to requests for information received by his Department under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 the reason of (a) commercially sensitive information, (b) information not held, (c) information too costly to provide and (d) vexatious or repeated requests has been given in response since January 2010.

The Foreign and Commonwealth Office holds information for the period January 2010 to June 2011. The information requested is as follows for that period:(a) 42; (b) 320; (c) 224; (d) Nine. Figures for the third quarter of 2011 will be available shortly.
