Our planning reforms have simplified the system and put power into the hands of local communities to deliver the growth they need. The pupil premium was introduced in April 2011 and allocations have so far been made for the 2011-12 financial year only. For 2011-12 the pupil premium funding is £488 per pupil in respect of pupils known to be eligible for free school meals (FSM), and for children in care who have been continuously looked after for at least six months and £200 per pupil for those whose parents are serving in the armed forces.In 2011-12 the total pupil premium allocation for schools in South West Bedfordshire was £846,000, in respect of 1,750 eligible pupils. This includes 1,723 pupils eligible for the deprivation premium, and 27 pupils eligible for the service premium. Figures for pupils in alternative provision, or looked after children, are not available at parliamentary constituency level.In 2011-12 the total pupil premium allocation for Central Bedfordshire local authority was £1,695,000, in respect of 3,690 eligible pupils. This includes 3,229 pupils eligible for the deprivation premium, 98 eligible for the looked after premium and 360 eligible for the service premium.

I agree entirely with my hon. Friend. It must be very good for those people whom we have taken out of tax altogether and the lower paid workers who will benefit from our tax changes, because it will put money directly back in their pockets rather better than the Welsh Labour Government down in Cardiff Bay, under whose auspices council tax has doubled in Wales.

Economic growth is a key priority for this Government and I have regular discussions with ministerial colleagues on ways to encourage economic growth in Wales. Yesterday I met the business advisory group and heard directly from members how this Government's growth policies are helping businesses in Wales to face the current economic challenges.

We strongly support the work of the UN Special Rapporteur on Freedom of Religion or Belief and encourage states to engage with his recommendations.We regularly raise issues faced by minority communities in India, including caste issues and anti-conversion laws, with the Indian Government both bilaterally and through the EU/India Human Rights Dialogue. We intend to raise these issues again at the upcoming dialogue due to take place in New Delhi later this year.

Patients can find out about trials in all therapeutic areas including brain tumours on the UK Clinical Trials Gateway website at:"www.ukctg.nihr.ac.uk"A version of the gateway has also been launched for smartphones and tablet devices.In 2010-11, the equivalent of 19.8% of new incident cancer cases were recruited into studies hosted by the National Institute for Health Research (NIHR) Cancer Research Network (NCRN), representing a fivefold increase in recruitment in the decade since the network was established. In the same year, 194 patients were recruited to randomised controlled trials in brain cancer hosted by the NCRN.

The Department does not collect statistics regarding average time taken from the onset of symptoms of a primary brain tumour to its diagnosis. However, The National Report of the 2010 Cancer Patient Experience Survey, published in December 2010, included a series of questions about general practitioner (GP) presentation and referrals. The views of over 67,000 cancer patients were included in the survey results and of these 2,382 had brain and central nervous system (CNS) tumours.Set out in the following table are the responses of patients with brain and CNS tumours to questions concerning GP presentation and referral, presented alongside the results for all cancers

It is important to secure justice in these cases for all the victims. There has been some recent progress. In Gujarat, convictions have been made, most recently on 12 April, when 23 people were sentenced. A number of those responsible for the violence in Orissa in 2008 have also been brought to justice. However, many cases remain pending and we support the Indian authorities' efforts to make further progress. We continue to follow developments in both Gujarat and Orissa closely and to work with the Government of India on the cases of British nationals killed in the violence.

They don't like to hear it. I thought the Labour party wanted rich people to pay their taxes properly. That is what we have ensured through the Budget and through the extra resources for the Revenue, so why the deafening silence from the Opposition? Why not a condemnation of that appalling behaviour?

I agree absolutely that we must secure our legacy in Afghanistan for the sake of all those who have made the ultimate sacrifice. The tempo of our withdrawal will depend on the situation on the ground and on decisions that our allies take: we have to go in lockstep with our major allies.

Coach drivers (ie drivers of passenger carrying vehicles with nine or more passenger seats) come under scope of the EU drivers' hours rules (Regulation (EC) No 561/2006), which require the use of tachographs and prescribe maximum limits on driving time and minimum requirements for breaks and rest periods. Under these rules drivers are limited to nine hours of driving a day. Drivers must take 45 minutes of break time once they have driven for 4.5 hours in a day. For each 24 hour period, drivers must take at least 11 continuous hours of rest.
