The Treasury does not hold the information requested. This is a matter for the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), which is operationally independent from government and responsible for its own commercial arrangements, including the awarding of commercial contracts.
The FCA will respond to the Honourable Member by letter, and a copy of the letter will be placed in the Library of the House of Commons.
