Lembit Opik: To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer what plans he has to apply the 1 per cent. discount for environmentally
friendly company cars to environmentally friendly motorcycles; and if he will make a statement. [223352]
John Healey: The additional 1 per cent. discount will apply to the emissions-based company car tax system. This system does
not apply to employer-provided motorcycles.
