Operation Payback Two, the second in a series of nationally co-ordinated fine enforcement exercises, was undertaken by Magistrates' courts across England and Wales in November 2004. The initiative resulted in an increase in the payment of over £1.7 million.In October 2005 Operation Payback Three took place resulting in an increase in the payment of over £2 million.
