Mr. Stuart Bell: To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer when he expects to announce the findings and recommendations of the inquiry

Dawn Primarolo: Sir Gerald Hosker is still working on his Inquiry. I will announce the findings as soon as possible after he has
presented his report to the Chairman of the Commissioners of HM Customs and Excise.
