NHS Kent and Medway: Redundancy Pay

To ask His Majesty's Government whether NHS England provided formal prior approval for the exit package in excess of £100,000 identified in Grant Thornton’s audit findings report for NHS Kent and Medway Integrated Care Board; and if approval was not granted, what steps are being taken to address this failure of compliance.
