To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs, with reference to the FCDO annual review of the FSDA - Financial Sector Deepening Africa Platform, reviewed on 17 October 2025, what proportion of FSDAi's £82.2 million of signed investment commitments had generated a positive financial return.
