Tickets: Touting
- Question
-
To ask the Secretary of State for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport, when she plans to bring forward the draft Bill on Ticket Touting.
- Answer
-
We are fully committed to implementing the measures we announced last year, which will put fans back at the heart of live events and eliminate industrial-scale ticket touting. We are working at pace to prepare the legislation and will publish the draft bill in this session of parliament for pre-legislative scrutiny by the Culture, Media and Sport Select Committee to ensure that the legislation is effective, enforceable and future-proof.
