To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, how many and what species of reptiles have been imported to the UK from outside the EU for the pet trade from 2010 that were (a) wild-caught and (b) captive-bred in each year since 2010; and if she will make a statement.

The number of reptiles imported specifically for the pet trade is not available. Neither is information available on the type of reptiles imported from outside the EU or whether they were wild caught or captive bred.
