Proceeding contribution from Lord Rowlands (Labour) in the House of Lords on Tuesday, 22 November 2011. It occurred during Debates on delegated legislation on Parliamentary Constituencies and Assembly Electoral Regions (Wales) (Amendment) Order 2011.
Parliamentary Constituencies and Assembly Electoral Regions (Wales) (Amendment) Order 2011
