Mr. Bercow: To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs whether the Free Farmers Party in Uzbekistan is a registered political party. [208149] Mr. Rammell: Ozod Dehqonlar or the Free Farmers Party is not a registered party. It applied for registration to the Ministry of Justice in January 2004, but was refused a month later.
