Mr. Edwards: To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer what recent representations he has received about the mis-selling of endowment policies. [151571] Ruth Kelly: We receive occasional representations about the mis-selling of endowment policies. However, the Financial Ombudsman Service established under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 deals with individual disputes between consumers and financial firms.
