- To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, what measures the Government is taking to prevent criminal behaviour by animal rights organisations against lobster fishermen.

Mr. Whittingdale: To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs what measures the Government are taking to prevent criminal behaviour by animal rights organisations against lobster fishermen. [187429] Mr. Bradshaw: Responsibility for dealing with these matters lies with the police authorities to whom all incidences of criminal behaviour or threatened criminal behaviour should be reported.
