Tim Loughton: To ask the Secretary of State for Health how many people in the UK are not on the NHS organ donor register. [97861] Mr. Lammy: Currently, 10.2 million people, or 17.4 per cent., of the total United Kingdom population of 58.7 million, have registered on the national health service organ donor register.
