Mr. Chope: To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will make a statement on the future regulation of Bee Discuss Insurance Ltd. by the Financial Services Authority. [104793] Ruth Kelly: Under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000, the detailed operation of the regulation of financial services is the responsibility of the Financial Services Authority.
