- To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, what assessment she has made of the effectiveness of the Over Thirty Month Scheme; what changes she plans to make to the scheme, and if she will make a statement; whether the Government will phase in the changes to the Over Thirty Month Scheme; and when the changes will take effect.
