Further to the Written Answer by Lord McIntosh of Haringey on Treasury silver on 16 May 2002 at 635 c64WA, whether the 16 items of silverware will attract a capital charge of 6% under resource accounting and budgeting if they are retained by the dept. [HL 4534]. - They will.
