Mr. Lidington: To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will make draft regulations for the implementation of the Aggregates Levy before 26 March. [45390] Mr. Boateng: The Aggregates Levy (Registration and Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations 2001 were made on 19 December 2001 and the Aggregates Levy (General) Regulations 2002 were made on 21 March 2002.
