Mr. Flight: To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer when he will announce his plans for health spending in 2004-05 and 2005-06. [44693] Mr. Andrew Smith: The Government have said that they will set out the details of departmental spending allocations up to 2005-06 in this year's spending review.
