Mr. Willis: To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer for what reason there is no financial allowance for those who collect insurance premium tax for the Exchequer. [51477] Ruth Kelly: It has always been a general feature of taxation policy that those who are legally liable to account for tax should bear the cost of carrying out their obligations.
