Mr. Drew: To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer what assessment he has made of changes in the ability of employers to obtain public and employers' liability insurance. [77988] Ruth Kelly: The Government are aware of recent increases in premiums for public and employers' liability insurance, and is monitoring the situation closely.
