Mr. Dalyell: To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will make a statement on his continuing responsibilities relating to research on matters pertaining to shellfish farming. [92278] Dr. Reid: Ministerial responsibility for research on matters pertaining to shellfish farming, and fish generally, lies with the Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Food and, in Scotland, with the Scottish Executive.
