Dr. Tonge: To ask the Secretary of State for National Heritage what proposals he has for additional public funding for the Royal Parks. [5888] Mr. Tom Clarke: My Department is reviewing all its expenditure within the overall spending plans set by the previous Government for 1997-98 and 1998-99. Spending on the Royal Parks will be considered alongside the Department's other responsibilities.
