- To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland, what estimate he has made of the number of industrial tribunal decisions which are fully complied with within a period of two months from the tribunal decision; what plans he has to introduce procedures to allow for easier enforcement of industrial tribunal decisions; what mechanisms are available to ensure the enforcement of industrial tribunal decisions.
