How many of the staff at the Caledonia House Tax Office in Dundee belong to non-mobile Civil Service grades; and what right these individuals have to choose to stay with the Inland Revenue in Dundee, and to refuse a compulsory transfer to an office outwith Dundee. - Includes figures.
