- What plans he has to identify a future MoD use for the offices at Imphal Barracks, York, which are due to become vacant in mid-1996 when York-based army manning and records staff transfer to Kentigern House in Glasgow; and how he intends to consult (a) York City Council and (b) the trade unions representing MoD civilian staff over future uses for these offices.
