How many staff at the Chemical and Biological Warfare Establishment at Porton Down have been permanently disabled since 1964 due to work-related activity; in which year each occurred; what were the causes and circumstances of each one; and what was the Establishment's response in terms of changing procedures to prevent such cases. - Includes text of letter from Dr G Pearson of CBDE.
