- If he will carry out a policy review of the new and strengthened planning enforcement provisions introduced into Part VII of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 by the Planning and Compensation Act 1991. - Includes fact that research report is being published tomorrow and copies will be placed in the Library of the House.
