- If Govt plan to revise Polkinghorne 'guidelines' on use of foetal tissue where they: set restrictions on consent a woman may give to uses that may be made of tissues of foetus that is removed from her; and require a woman to waive all commercial rights in uses that may be made of tissues of foetus that is removed from her in favour of either doctor performing removal or institution in which it is performed. - No plans to do so.
