How many people and how many women were detained in Scottish prisons under the powers contained within the Asylum and Immigration Appeals Act 1993 during 1994, 1995 and from 1st January this year to date; and what were the nationalities of those detained; how many people and how many women detained in Scottish prisons under powers contained within Asylum and Immigration Appeals Act 1993 were deported during 1994, 1995 and from 1 January this year to date; and what were nationalities of those deported; and how many people in Scotland who were convicted of a criminal offence, punishable by a prison sentence, were also ordered to be deported as part of their sentence in 1992, 1993, 1994, 1995 and from 1 January of this year to date; and what were nationalities and genders of those deported. - Information requested is not available.
