- If he will detail in the Official Report, broken down into each health board area within Scotland, the total numbers of: (a) nurse regrading appeals, (b) successful appeals from the above total and (c) total additional expenditure associated with (b) arising from the last nursing regrading procedure. - Disproportionate cost.
