- Whether in view of the Geneva Convention of 1949, which imposes a duty upon all state-signatories to seek out & bring to justice people suspected of genocide & crimes against humanity, HMG will request the Govt of Zimbabwe to extradite ex-President Mengistu Haile Mariam of Ethiopia.
