Theft: Metals

- To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department what assessment she has made of the (a) effectiveness and (b) economic impact on legitimate traders of (i) banning cash payments for scrap metal, (ii) the introduction of mandatory verification of identity by sellers and (iii) the introduction of a register of legitimate merchants.
