When HMG intend to make an order under Section 25(1)(c) of the Rivers (Prevention of Pollution) (Scotland) Act 1951 as up-dated by subsection (2)of Section 33 of the Control of Pollution Act 1974, to prevent discharge from boats into inland waterways such as Loch Ness.
