- To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland what discussions he has had with the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions on proposed closures of Jobcentre Plus offices in Scotland.

The Secretary of State for Scotland, my right hon. Friend the Member for Berwickshire, Roxburgh and Selkirk (Michael Moore) and I are in contact with the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, my right hon. Friend the Member for Chingford and Woodford Green (Mr Duncan Smith), on a range of issues relating to the Government's welfare reform agenda, which includes ensuring that Jobcentre Plus continues to meet local needs while delivering value for money to the taxpayer.
