- To ask Her Majesty's Government whether any investigations are being conducted within, or into, the Crown Prosecution Service about allegations of race and sex discrimination, harassment, bullying and victimisation; how these are being conducted; and when they are likely to be concluded.

There are three investigations currently ongoing into allegations of race or sex discrimination in relation to harassment, bullying or victimisation. The duration of any investigations depends on the circumstances of the case. Investigations are concluded as efficiently as possible.
