- To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs what criteria Natural England has put in place in order to enable landowners to be paid through the single payment scheme to permit the introduction of flood alleviation schemes.

There is no scope under the EU rules governing the single payment scheme for making payments for the introduction of flood alleviation schemes.
