- How many men were: (a) convicted and (b) cautioned for the offence of procuring the commission of homosexual acts under section 4 of the Sexual Offences Act 1967 and, of those convicted, how many were: (i) fined, and what were the 10 highest fines imposed, (ii) were given suspended sentences, and what were the lengths of these suspended sentences in each individual case and (iii) were imprisoned, and what were the lengths of each of these custodial sentences, in each year from 1980 to 1989; & similarly for offence of persistently soliciting or importuning other men in public place for immoral purposes under section 32 of Sexual Offences Act 1956. - Inc table
